Hello and Happy Wednesday FS!
I’m not sure what happened to yesterday’s post but glad to see the old format today. We had a great trike ride! I went 8.66 miles. May not sound like much but it helped me get familiar with the trike and see how my knees were going to feel. The trail was nice and paved but not much shade and it was pretty warm. I’ve never been comfortable riding in a lot of traffic so this was perfect. My knees didn’t hurt at all! What a blessing. I think hubby is planning a longer ride on Friday. I’m looking forward to it!
Yesterday was eye doctor appointments and haircut for little Lacy. Good news, don’t need cataract procedure yet and my Fuch’s hasn’t gotten any worse. Go back in nine months unless I have problems.
