38.5% b/f new low, but im 36 hrs into a fast. Its the weight after refeeding that matters.. lets hope thats in the 111kgs somewhere.. weight is going down... sloooowly, but not far off my 110kg first target which is 4stone weight loss.. next target will be 100kg..
