Well I took 2 weeks of of walking 5 times a week in the morning. I am uo 1.5 lbs but I am finally below 25% BMI. I started at 42%. hit the treadmill this morning. little shock and Awe. 3.5 miles and man does it feel great. see how this week shapes up. shoukd not have too manyblate nights at work so I can be active around the house. Wrapping up some Boat projects to be ready for Vacation in 3 weeks. excited to relax and fish for 9 days.
