I hate it too but when I dont count macros I eat a lot. I started to strict keto last week and I lost 3kgs. It really works 😢

ellaee1 Oh don’t worry about that 😅 I’ve done keto in past and it has always worked better than anything else for me. However, my brain starts to cry for carbohydrates at some point and this is where it all goes wrong 😑😂 Will try to implement this as a lifestyle change rather that a quick fix.
