Bed early last night-to rise slowly this morning. More crazy dreams. I luckily found a heavy duty mouth guard -- the minimum support ones aren't doing the job.

Today has just flown by. I'd like to say I've been uber productive...yet that would be a blatant lie.

Love finished off my breakfast when hubby and I walked outside for a moment. She was banished to the kennel till lunch (she had her cooling pad and personal fan on her). I took that opportunity to leave the house walk to the mailbox, walk around the house, pick up some sticks in the yard and return. Still in the kennel. Small joy -- but didn't show it. Continued to ignore her - but would smile and wave when I walked by. Gave her a treat when she was completely mellowed out (which wasn't long...she's a mastiff). Training in yard -- more off leash (which still unnerves me) but as long as she recalls, we're good. (and no squirrels are present). She's on her way over to say hello...nope, flopped next to the front door -- just outside my office.

Workout this morning was yoga for back -- soooo needed. Really helped loosen them up (Skimble free workout). Also got some walking in this morning and mid afternoon.

Headed out of town for a wedding tomorrow. Already pulled up the restaurant and selected my salad for dinner (way too many fried options!). Might add grilled chicken -- however it depends on how large the serving is. Had the option to add a fried green tomato to it too.

Got all water in last night. Yeah! Today a lot slower on the water, but getting it in!
