Lifts are not completely back to normal but hopefully getting there. I don't feel as tired as I did last week.

- For squat, 3-set max is ~200, safe/lazy is ~165; I did 185.
- For bench, 3-set max is 170, I went for it but had to back off on the last set.
- For deadlift, 3-set max is ~250, safe/lazy is ~225; I did 235.

The strategy of having an explicit (lighter) "plan B" has served me well in terms of not giving up. Youtuber Mario Tomic talks about it in some of his videos.

Work sets are starred, rest is warm up.
