ngl same, Drank a lot of beer yesterday but havent eaten much today and wont tomorrow. It is very good for a person to let go for a day tho, good for mental health

As it try to regain a healthy relationship with food I don’t beat myself up for having one too many. However, strict control is something that’s necessary at this stage. Thanks for support ✨✌🏼

I don't conform to the 'Breakfast is the most important meal of the day' theory. I don't mind being a little hungry in the morning, and enjoy a substantial lunch and dinner. Works for me.
