Lifts today were basically a repeat of Thursday. Work was 3x5@185 on squat, 3x5@235 on DL, and 1x4@170 and 2x5@155 on bench.

Would have liked to do more but I was hungover from a friend’s birthday party on Saturday 😅, so mostly just happy that I showed up…

Had some form things pointed out at class… after addressing something with my squat, it felt super locked into a straight line (on the forward/back plane, if that makes sense), which was a cool experience.

Also I wore a small size T-shirt to class… that might be the first time ever as an adult? haha
