It's Monday again. It always comes too soon. It was a good weekend, just too short.

Friday I was going to go home and do a workout, but my hubby wanted to do something since he's not normally off on Friday evenings. So we took the kids out to eat and then took them bowling. It was fun and it was nice to do something out of the house. I did learn though that if I'm going to eat out I really need to stick to the salad. I ate a burger with no bun and some fries, because I wanted meat and the steaks and chicken were all seasoned with things I couldn't have and the salads were pathetic. Well, the next day my stomach was telling me I should have gone with a pathetic salad.

Saturday and Sunday were just busy with shopping, yard work, and house work. I managed to get a DVD workout in both those days and went for a walk Saturday and a run Sunday. My legs are telling me about it today. Our 5K is this Saturday so I probably won't run again until then because I'm afraid of hurting myself beforehand. But, I will do my DVD's and maybe do some walks too.
