Had a great holiday weekend. Ate smart and used the treadmill. Lots of outside exercises. well lots of cornhole but thats burning calories. Stayed away from the booze. easier then I thoght. Even with peer pressure. I am refocsued on the goal of 178lbs. I have vacation starting in 17 days. So excited!!!!
