Very hot today 94 degrees. Got outdoors and walked in the morning and prepared food for the evening while the temperature was lower. Roasted chicken legs then removed skin. Made some tortilla chips for picomole (guacamole, pico de gallo combination). Put together a massive salad for dinner with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, spices, roasted chicken and an everything flatbread. Glad I did a better job with eating today than I had yesterday.
