Hit a deadlift PR at class today.
The other two were not all-time PRs but they're at or above what I did last Sunday. Also everything felt decently under control.
My notebook is not nearby :P but I'm pretty sure these were the work sets:
squat 1 x 5 @ 200 2 x 5 @ 205
bench 3 x 5 @ 165
deadlift 1 x 5 @ 245 2 x 5 @ 255
The reason the weight changed on squat and deadlift (instead of 3 sets of the same) was because during the first set I felt like I could bump it up a little.
I need to get back to losing weight. I'm getting excited about a summer music festival camping trip which is good motivation to be consistent over the next month.
