Not thrilled with today, but I showed up at least. Also I've been doing couch to 5k so technically the activity level is up, though not by all that much. (I'm not including warmup sets but I shoot for 4 even-ish jumps on the way up from an empty bar.)
Squat went up: 3 x 5 @ 215 Bench went up: 3 x 5 @ 171
But by deadlift I was too tired to do even my last max: 1 x 6 @ 210 1 x 5 @ 230
(previous was 3 x 5 @ 255)
Tomorrow I do another couch to 5k session, and at night... a 10 mile bike ride / party.
The last time I biked that far I was in agony by the end, so hopefully the last few months (which have included a fair amount of bicycling) improved things. We'll see.
