I have 2 stress fractures and a torn something or other(Those doctors love to throw around 62 big words). Apparently my foot is a mess. No running for awhile, only very low impact. I refuse to wear the boot, its hot and itchy and smells. The weight loss cracks me up but I remember why the whole foods diet is tough. You really have to eat ALOT to hit all your nutrients and calories. I am so used to small bits from the LCHF that I am missing my RDI by quite a bit. One fat bomb equals almost 3 cups of veggies calorie wise.

Sorry to hear about your foot but congrats on the nice loss. Hope you are one of those fast healers. I know you are missing your active lifestyle.
