it's been a slower start getting back into weight-loss after coming home from holiday! I haven't been as consistent with eating regular, healthy meals (low carb, low fat and high protein) however today I make a commitment to myself again! I desperately want to get to 75, for my initial goal, and the only way I am going to get there is by being consistent!
