I should have started this journal yesterday. Anyways, 2 1/2 months ago I have joined a group at work for a weight loss challenge. We were to hit 4% loss of body weight in 6 weeks. I started counting my calories, eating 75% healthy but staying within my MACROS. I ran or walk at least 3 miles 5 days a week. I lost 4 lbs the first 2 weeks and no more progress since. Very frustrating!!! After all the hard work, nothing resulted.

Came back from cruise vacation a week ago and gained back those 4 lbs!

This time I'm doing Atkins Diet on the OWL phase yesterday with P90X3. I hope this will work on my eight loss and tone my body. I am what they label SKINNY FAT. I look skinny dressed, within my normal BMI but lo and behold when I'm naked I look like 5 months pregnant.

I'm making myself accountable this time. I seriously don't have any pair of shorts and pants that fits me. They all are tight! When I sit I can feel my belly sitting above my thighs and touching underneath my breast. I literally feel pregnant. This is my heaviest without being pregnant. So, I said enough is enough!

Day 1 Total Synergistics. I was able to perform 80% of the exercise but not in perfection of course and with 5 and 10 lbs dumbbells.

Day 2 Agility X and oh boy, i was DYING!!! This is not an exaggeration. I did not wear my heart rate monitor but I can tell I was on my Maximum heart rate the entire time. I could not complete the rest of the exercises on the last 8 minutes of the DVD. It was worth it though. It was a relief when 30 minutes was over, lol.
