Those are the Crisp Chili Flakes, they get hit with 350f peanut oil, so go very dark and yummy crispy... I used Red Pepper Flakes and Jalapeno Pepper Flakes... gives it some extra punch.

Sadly, yes it might be a bit off ;) and I am honestly tired of Salmon, and Cod and Halibut, Shrimp, Crab, Mussels, Clams... lived on it for so long, I just have no interest in it anymore.
