Well 8 days of vacation now over. I did have several weak moments. More the rum punch fault! played tennis and pickleball and got walking in. however I gained 2lbs. Now back to reality and tracking. I did not track on vacation and felt a little guilty but enjoyed the freedom. Ate a lot of fresh fish and shrimp but also ate a lot of bread and sweets. that was my reward for 8 months hard work.
Now "Let's Go" and get serious again and drop another 10 lbs. felt great to fit into a medium shirt at the sandbar cerse 2xl.
