I had walked today even though it was hot. My hair was sweaty and sticking to my face. I thought that the temperature was going to be cooler at the park, but I was wrong right there. I didn't feel up to strength training today. I guess it's the case of the lazies. Walking those three laps at the park and the heat was enough for me. I had used the spin bike at home. That's the other workout I done.
A friend of mine died this morning. I feel bad for him. He was a kind man and I wish him well.

Good job on getting the walk in the sauna done, make sure you hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! It's sad to lose a friend, I lost one last week. She was there one day and gone the next. We just never know what's going to happen do we?
