I felt unmotivated this am after seeing the scale still not budging. I didn't meal plan and gave into urges. I suppose I should count a nonscale victory because my clothes feel more loose and my legs feel firmer ...and sore. Soreness is good for me because I rarely get sore from training, I suppose from muscle memory. I took the day off from training and went for a swim instead. I think I'll skip dinner, being that I'm not hungry and tomorrow is a new day.
