I think you are tired for same reason as before—not enough calories and definitely not enough protein for a growing young teenager. When you double down on such low calories your body goes into starvation mode making it harder to lose weight but also you dont have the energy supply to feel alert and energized. Please talk to the nutritionist you had mentioned. You need a minimum of probably 1400-1500 calories to lose weight at your age. You definitely need more protein and try adding two snacks in between meals. Also, sweet potatoes are a good energy carb. You are a sweet girl. Take care of yourself.

@CarbAbuser I am pretty sure him and all of BTS didn't have to go but they did because they wanted to serve their country. So yes, he enlisted. Don't worry haha I sometimes get a bit busy and can't write up.

@Yearofhealth I agree my calories are low, I just really struggle to get them up. If I could do it then I would but I get scared to eat high-calorie food even if it is healthy etc. It's just an issue I have had for a long time. I will try though! Thank you for your support, it means so much. Take care of yourself as well!
