After a couple of disheartening days I am back on track. Yesterday was good. no cravings and a low carb day. I am working on a good day today too. It is about to warm up again and be steamy. I bought fresh green beans at a farmers market this morning and that is what I intend to have for supper tonight.

fresh green beans remind me of mom, she used to get em at the farm nearby growing up and put em in the slow cooker.. MMMM
