According to my body tracker that is a total of 10.5 inches down this week, with a grand total of 25.6 pounds lost and a grand total of 29.5 inches gone....WOW!

Thanks guys, breakfast finished, had to go outside and help pull hubby's truck out of a hole, the rear end got hung on a root....what a mess that t-storm made last night!

After looking at the inches lost, now I understand why my friend was OMG'ding me.....that is a LOT of inches gone since I started at the beginning of June....it's just WOW!!

Thanks Mike! I'm a slow starter this morning, post refeed hangover I suppose, gotta run out the door and go do stuff this morning. Had a good 25 minute bike ride, increased it yesterday. Got 8.3 miles behind me and worked up quite a sweat!
