Just checking in so that I'm forced to check in in the morning to face the week long debacle. How do you turn down your 86 year old father who wants to take you out for an ice cream every night that you're down in the heat. You don't. That's my motto. Back to better food and work in the morning.
Oh, yeah. I start lifting after a week off tomorrow as well. See yuz in the morning.

I love your dad. I love ice cream. :) You are a good son, NM. Eat the ice cream like a good lad, then when you get back home ... pump that iron and think of the memories you just made with the ol' man. Priceless! You got this!
