This is a two week wiegh in...gained 6 lbs...for me, this is what happens when I am only 75-80% on eating plan and have little or NO extra excercise ( I KNOW, Frosty, its MOSTLY about our Way of EATING..lol)...or put another way...I stay totally on plan for 3 or 4 days and then "indulge" in a 3,000 calorie day....I formerly would have called that "reasonably well."...and it probably is for SOME folks...but with MY body and MY metabolism...it seems as though Nothing short of 100% compliance will produce results...BACK TO BASICS of LOGGING EVERY DAY and being more accountable to MYSELF and to Y'ALL. I AM CLIMBING THE MOUNTAIN AGAIN THIS MORNING...That is SO much better than just "resting along the trail." As one of my buddies says: ONWARD and DOWNWARD!
