This is a two week wiegh in...gained 6 lbs...for me, this is what happens when I am only 75-80% on eating plan and have little or NO extra excercise ( I KNOW, Frosty, its MOSTLY about our Way of EATING..lol)...or put another way...I stay totally on plan for 3 or 4 days and then "indulge" in a 3,000 calorie day....I formerly would have called that "reasonably well."...and it probably is for SOME folks...but with MY body and MY metabolism...it seems as though Nothing short of 100% compliance will produce results...BACK TO BASICS of LOGGING EVERY DAY and being more accountable to MYSELF and to Y'ALL. I AM CLIMBING THE MOUNTAIN AGAIN THIS MORNING...That is SO much better than just "resting along the trail." As one of my buddies says: ONWARD and DOWNWARD!

i know what you are talking about. If i dont have a goal to commit to, i slowly slipslide away. Doesnt really matter what the goal is, but i always call myself a salmon: i need an upward stream to fight against!

We need to stop looking at our diet as needing a cheat day :) To be successful it has to be a lifestyle change. Measure all your foods. I measure everything right down to any veggies or even my milk. My husband used to laugh at me. But I used to weigh 330lbs and now down to 217lbs and still losing. Good luck on your journey
