home scale, Got bloating bad yesterday was bad day I went over on my calories by about 500 and I did get few extra exercises in.
This morning I am going to do my exercises and stretches, along with standing. Then take an do better than I did yesterday. Oh yeah before I forget I have eat the last of the strawberries so I think I will not buy anymore going to cut them down quite a bit and only eat them once in a while.

Sara, I had bloating pretty bad after I lost my gallbladder a few months ago. I was down to only 2 types of vegetables I was able to eat, and a whole lot of other restrictions due to bloat. I finally stumbled on Digestive Enzymes capsules. What a game changer. No more bloat. I was scared to eat because of the awful bloat. You take a capsule before eating, during, or after. I can post what I take if that helps.

WhosOnFirst - great tip there, I never thought about her bloating being a digestive issue, I use Athletic Greens because it's easy to digest and has pre and pro biotics to help with my digestive issues. A poor diet can easily damage your micro-biome, eating healthier will help it get well, but sometimes getting the right enzymes flourishing in your digestive system needs some help. A healthy gut absorbs nutrients better and improves your general health over all. Undigested food sitting in your stomach creates gas, abdominal pain and cramps, bloating, upset stomach and heartburn, it can also cause constipation and/or diarrhea.

One cup of strawberries has 3 grams of fiber you can deduct that from the carb count Just keep going, I have bad days and good days You got this !

Debrafrederick, The Digestive Enzymes I take are pre and pro biotics, and my diet is very healthy, yet the lack of gall bladder means digestion needs help. Pretty common when you lose your gb, wish they'd told me this earlier. Athletic Greens sounds awesome and might work for her, but I need the enzymes since my gb wanted a divorce.

Who on first thank you I will try that because no matter what I eat or drink I instantly bloat out really bad. Thank you Debra and everyone else...

Of course, enzymes any way you can get them is a great idea when you are dealing with issues like that, and I am sure that your Digestive Enzymes are much less expensive than the AG1, it's about 100 bucks a month, back when I started on them I knew I was not getting enough greens in my diet and I discovered that I was not digesting my daily multivitamin, won't go into details about how I discovered it, but the pill came out looking almost the same way it went in, so that clued me in on a digestive issue. @Sara I hope our thinking out loud gives you some help, because we are not doctors! But recognizing similar symptoms in ourselves and pointing out what we use to relieve the problem is a place to start.
