Total loss of 4 inches for the week 33.5 total, weight loss, when you subtract the rebound weight is only 0.8 lbs lost. I don't enter my rebound weight in my body tracker so it shows my true weight loss from one fast to another. I tried to take a screen shot of my tracker but I could not get it small enough to upload into FS. How do you guys get these images up in here...all my crap is too large to upload. I did manage to upload a pic of my Iris (foreground) and Bella (background) These are our original babies, everyone else are recent additions and the pictures won't upload either. What setting do I need for that, anybody got it in pixel numbers, or an online app to resize.
