It really was! Reminded me of this kale that Trader Joe’s used to have that had nutritional yeast on it and it was crunchy.

Oh I wish I could but I tossed the package but I’m sure if you do a search on Google or Google images and search the name and nutritional value you may be able to see it. I got this from Whole Foods.
