Reset today after the anniversary dinner but also treated myself to a quarter of a Belgian waffle this morning— so there’s that. 😀 I did get a workout in tonight and I was pleasantly surprised that I could actually complete lunges, with a weight, without falling over. I also managed to do a left side plank for 45 seconds. My body is getting stronger and I’m proud of it for that alone.
Goals this week: - 4 works outs minimum (1 down) - increase water intake, minimum 8 glasses a day - lose 1 pound by Saturday
