HI, Suma.............I keep seeing fit people everywhere.  

Hi Anne, how are you? Loving all the fitness posts although I don’t understand strain etc 😂. I’m sadly working today. Was hoping to watch from my window as it’s one of the routes. Are you going in person? I’ve booked a reiki session as a bid to better mental and physical fitness. Not the same, but I had some sessions a couple of years ago and found it very helpful. 

Hopefully, the reiki will hit the spot! Its good to try these things and you never know what might just hit the spot. I am glad you have enjoyed the fitness posts. It is my new tracker Whoop. It is an amazing bit of kit.  

I’m not in that fitness league Suma but I always find it motivating watching top athletes live in the flesh in any sport take care wave 👋 if we pass and keep smiling 🙂 

Keep posting Anne. I don’t understand it but it does motivate me to try harder. 

Haha…how was day 1 Humpty? Enjoying the great Scottish summer? It was a very long work day so couldn’t get away. Just heading home. 

Traveling back to Glasgow tomorrow afternoon Suma looking forward to a weekend of Sport and pleasure  

Morning Suma - what’s the weather looking like for Glasgeeeee ! Just trying to force myself to pack a bag here 🤣🤣🤣 

Slightly cooler but mostly 15-18 degrees. Nice day today with clear blue skies. Not particularly sunny. My kind of weather - cool and dry. Might rain for a couple of hours tomorrow, so definitely come ready with waterproofs😊.

Hope I’m not a bad omen Suma last time I attended the “World Championships” in North Yorkshire it’s was a day of biblical monsoons !!! Fingers crossed 🤞 for later  

Hope you had a fab time. I worked a 48 hour weekend, which was the worst I’ve worked in a while. So missed most of it😅
