Back from a 13 day trip seeing friends and family back east. Didn't eat terribly, but not my normal. Did do some hiking. Weight is up, as anticipated. Going to get back into my routine andwait a few days before I start recording it again. At least long enough to take off the salt weight from road snacks. Happy Friday everyone!
