Love the skirt. Give us piccies of the yoga pants. I wouldn't even consider sewing spandex. Polyester used to make me nuts trying to keep it flat and not stretched out on one side or the other.

Well thanks all, all I see are crooked hems lol. I love the vintage patterns out now, they are much more flattering than the stuff the big four make. I am making some jean wrap skirts next and I was thinking to do a pair of jeans. A custom pair would be nice. They are not so hard just lots of steps. I still have to do the boys back to school pants. Darn skinny kids with long legs, nothing fits them either. I stink at quilting WFN, never could line the blocks up right lol. But I must have been a quilter in another life, you should see the stash I have going. 

LOL Nichol, you just need the right rulers, a mat, and the right rotary cutter not scissors. I have 2 floor to ceiling book shelves full and a closet full of yardage on hangers. 5 or 6 rolls of batting, and probably 500 cones of thread and another couple hundred spools. I best get busy again.. well my house and exercise are the priorities. Once my house is done it will again be quilting and exercise when I can't be outside.  

I have set the precedent of making quilts for my nephews when they graduate from college. I have finished and presented the first two successfully. My niece is just entering her senior year, so I have to get rolling on hers. I promised my daughter we would make a skirt for her together, although she seems to prefer Minecraft to sewing lessons the past few days. :) 

Izzy, that's a project that can take awhile. I have my DD's and grandchildren saving T-shirts from sports etc. to make the grand kids tshirt quilts eventually. I need to get one made for my newest grandson, he does not have one yet. I'm guessing mincraft is a game?  

The skirt is super pretty. My mom had 2 of those one in brown and one in black. The white top is a beauty also.
