I had the need to feed the other evening, so I ate 2 Pink Lady Apples and a Red Grapefruit... blew me right out of Ketosis, but was worth it! Now my Edema has kicked in, and I have gained 2kgs of water weight. Got pitting up to the knees, so makes for a bit of lead in the step. Ketosis should kick in again today or tomorrow, if not a quick fast usually gives it a kickstart. I've had a couple of shots at breaking 116 kgs now, seems to be a plateau my metabolism is jealously guarding. May have to time a 24-30hr fast into the mix, and see if I can break the plateau. Conference call meeting with the Dietician and Bariatric Physician on Aug 15th, so am curious what their input will be. (picture is for Erin)
