Been 2 weeks since I’ve had a cigarette however I am using a vape but I’m proud I got off the tobacco smoke my breathing already feels 100 times better and no more smoker cough eventually I want to quit nicotine 100% I’m just not committed to that just yet

also went on a 3 mile run/walk interval today pushed myself to run as much as possible haven’t done any cardio in months I forgot how good it feels when your done definitely going to try and do this 2 or 3 times a week
