- [ ] You all have no idea how you have made my day!!! How can I thank you! It’s not good to wake up feeling crappy- but on your BD?!!!! But what a turn around! I am reading your comments as I settle down - wired- for the evening. You have made me laugh (out loud), you have given me serious things to consider and re-consider; you have given me such good wishes and just healthy vibes! Priceless! So how did the day go? Well, as you know, I seriously thought not to get out of bed. Then I got a text to go to the door. Someone had driven across down to leave a lovely card and a package of carded prayers for 20 days. That was so uplifting and just what I needed at the time. How kind of them to just leave it and not try to speak with me. God knows, doesn’t He. So since I was up, I recognized that it was a gorgeous day. Decided to return my Son’s early morning call. He said I had another gift coming. He had already sent a lovely gift. So cheered, I took myself to a totally awesome Lebanese restaurant for salmon and the best lentil soup!!! I got a huge delivery from Edible Eats from my son and I called an impromptu neighborhood party!! They all came, and stayed for hours just enjoying the moment. Afterwards I returned texts and calls and checked in with my FS family. What a wonderful day.!Thank each of you so very much! And happy birthday to my fellow Leos! May God bless us all on our journeys.

Thanks for asking about my son! I will go back down to see him in a few days. He has been cleared to return to work light duty. He has not recovered sight in the injured eyed. The good news is that the retina is in good shape.So now his team is considering the next steps. What I am hearing is that hisar should eventually (months?) return as the inflammation goes down. What gives me pause is that I don’t know enough about this kind of injury to even pose good questions. And then there are the whole legal and employment things to consider. You don’t know what you should be doing or asking for. Charges have been filed and are moving forward to trial. It appears that he is being treated fairly. It appears that he is getting reasonable health care and compensation. But I don’t know that. Thank you for asking about him, and for your prayers, and for any more advice; especially from the CO side of the family. Have a sunshiny day! Please excuse typos.🤗👏🏽
