One of my friends gave me a gazelle glider today. (I love my friends) I never used one before and was wondering how it compared to the treadmill. I guess I need to set it up and try it out. Now my son and I can exercise next to each other and not be impatient with one another.

I loved the Glider when I had one ! It is very smooth and low impact - and usually includes arm movements, too.

I hate treadmills but love recumbant bikes because of the low impact and now I am curious after seeing Nicoliax and you posting about the Gazelle gliders.
