❤️I made better choices yesterday. I’m focusing on ‘’there is no rush’’ and I have to learn to love this journey. I’m realising l will not be any happier once I reach my goal, I can be happy right now. Times when things go wrong or feel like shit, that is OKAY! That’s life, but I’m learning NOT to buffer with food when bored, stressed or tired. ❤️
