This is a great idea. You can go even lower on the tortilla calories: Mi Rancho Organic Thin Tortillas are 35 calories each, so 3 are 105. You can put a damp paper towel on top of them and put them in the microwave for about 30 seconds and they will come up hot and moist -- then put the eggs and salsa. So glad this was posted -- I'm going to do egg whites scrambled with cheddar and salsa on tortillas!

Thanks sheltie! Will check it out. Ive been doing don pancho low carb high protein they are 45 calories but 35 is even better!
