decided to have a low calorie/mostly liquid day today.

started off with two pieces of toast which was my bulk for the day (244 cal) Then had a low cal hot chocolate (40 cal). for Lunch a soup (89 cal) and a yogurt (206 cal) so at the moment it stands at 579cal which isn't bad getting home from work will be hard but so far i have planned to have either soup again or possibly Quorn and salad. I'm planning on going for a walk up to Alexandra Palace this evening which is a 2mile walk there and 2 mile back so that's some good exercise!

Trying to get motivated again.

I am keeping my cals low the whole rest of this week... not starvation low just low that my appetite will shrink back to what it was.

haha it almost worked untill i ended up eating chocolate and cake ! eeeek oh well back on it today. planned it nicely and even factored in a treat i may have later points and all :)
