Another day another egg and toast breakfast! I’m pretty sure most of my posts are breakfast, so maybe I’ll try posting my lunches and dinners more often :) Lost 500g/1lbs this morning!

keep posting egg pics! I love them. they are inspiring to see. it drives me crazy when I see photos of high sugar desserts on here. I wish I could block them out. seeing your healthy food choices is just what the waistline needed!
