Well…..so far so good. I’m staying in track with my diet and started training for a series of trail runs that start next month. Im very excited to have a new health goal to look forward to. I’ve registered for this fall running series, in the Cuyahoga National Park, back in 2013. Every week, starting in October a race will be between 3-6 miles long with a fun twist along the route. We won’t know what it is until just before the race starts. So, it’s always fun and interesting as well as challenging
