congratulations!! yeah I agree with you on children being posted on social media....it's yours, not theirs... I will ask my kids before I take their picture!! Sometimes my boys do say "no" and I respect that!!

Enjoy this magical time with your little baby! The breastfeeding will help melt away the extra pounds. Your are doing great! We just went through this with my daughter's pregnancy - it gets better and better!

Congratulations!!!! They grow soooo fast!! Breast feeding will be beneficial to her as well as help you lose baby weight.
Try to get a good amount of protein (1g per goal weight) and healthy fats. You need that energy with breast feeding. Limit processed foods. I’m happy for you! 🩷🍼

Congratulations!!! You're doing the right thing by keeping your sweet little gal off social. My daughter and her husband are doing the same. I think social media should be a choice for everyone to make individually, not something forced on them. Take your time with your fitness goals. Your body is already doing a ton! ❤️
