I've been off track the last two weeks or so.

I listened to this podcast on the drive over to work Wednesday morning. Oddly, I'm grateful for the three hour round-trip commute twice a week, because it gives me uninterrupted time to listen to some of this stuff. I had a great day teaching, which I love.

I messaged a runner buddy about it. He was supportive.

I'm ready to recommit to doing the work. Going to take some time alone with a couple, three sheets of paper and articulate one SMART goal, phrased as a verb.

It's not rocket surgery. The four fundamentals. Sleep, Nutrition, Exercise, Mindfulness. All give more willpower than they take.
