Good Morning! I forgot to weigh yesterday, but I still managed to reach my goals and the arrow is still turned down. I rode my bike!!!!! 10 minutes is all I allowed, I did my yoga and even though a bit stiff I managed to keep up with the workout, all positive things! I slept like the dead, now for coffee and a walk in our lovely 69 degree weather!

Thanks guys!! It was a lovely walk this morning. I took my dose of pain meds early on and none of my exercise bothered my knee or hip...so tickled pink over that!!!!

I keep having to reign in the sugar cravings....after looking at my posts I realized I was pretending that they were not happening....they are! It's a constant fight made easier by the fact that all junk food is gone from the house. However, hubby uses sugar for his coffee and we keep bread in the house for his sandwiches so there are still things here I could break into if I let down my guard. I don't trust myself along at the grocery store yet, so hubby went with me yesterday to keep my sugar-lustful eyes from making my hands throw things into the cart. When I get back to doing full fasts, it will be easier to shop without impulse buying! I need to get out of the habit of making it appear as if I have no issues. When my fasting is going as it should I have control over the food, when things are not going as they should, the food controls me. Right now I am fighting for a return to control and while it is simple, it is not easy. I have a sign on the refrigerator that i attached with magnets...it simply says NO!
