My breakfast is definitely volume eating. The turnips are new to me. I dressed I’m up with paprika, salt, turmeric, chopped onion, and garlic powder. The cherry tomatoes are from the family garden. We had a lot so I mixed them with some spinach and red onion. I don’t get tired of those two things lol oh yes, and cayenne from the garden too! 480 something calories from mainly from the eggs and turkey

Thanks for posting this and reminding us about turnips! Just checked the nutritional profile of this low carb root veg and it’s amazing! Just a fraction of the carbs and calories in potatoes, and all the benefits of a cruciferous veg!
