Hello! I was wondering if anyone has any ideas on healthy snacks? - sticking between >100 to 200 calories

If you can have them (gluten and dairy) Philadelphia do a snack box with philly and bread sticks. Green grapes are about 60 calories for 100g so you could have 2 light babybel with them. Strawberries I think are even less calories than grapes. I do a dessert where I crush up 2 Weetabix, add 50ml of almond milk (much lower in calories than dairy but you can use any milk) and smoosh it all up so it's squishy and smooth and then top it with flavoured yoghurt (or plain yogurt with some fruit) It's just over 200 cal (I think mine usually comes to about 230) but it's very filling

That's brilliant thank you! I can't have grapes as I have IBS and I use lactose free coconut milk (alpro) because I can't have regular milk. I will definitely give it a try.
