I’ve not been consistent with my posts but I have been doing great at working out and eating right. The scale is slow to move, but at least it’s moving in the right direction. So, no complaints here. It’s just taking longer than I would like to tip the scale more. Although Im not quit sure if it’s not muscle Im gaining that slowing that scale number or not. I really don’t have an accurate way of measuring muscle vs fat %. So Im going by how I look and feel each day.

Yeah, thanks. To be honest, I don’t really use a scale because of the inaccuracy of muscle vs fat weight and there’s also water weight to consider. I think that the best way to “self gage” your weight loss is to see how many belt notches you go down. 🎃 (or go to a nutritionist who have those tools to see what your BMI really is.)
