bad day at the office, lost cricket by 3 runs, only managed a draw in tennis, never had time to play the final set, my games were interrupted by work, do these people who employ me know how to prioritize, interrupting games to work , they will have me doing a real job soon. Well another 3 days to go before I hit the scales. fingers crossed, I don't think I will have as big a lose as first time, I think in the first 7 days I beasted myself. I have had a blowout, a pub meal a Barbie and tomorrow I will be picking up my daughter from uni and might take her for lunch, wont be doing any exercise as it is a day of. finally - Arsenal were so lucky.

Aw yes take your daughter out for lunch. I think the first week you start a new plan you always lose more. I think if you try and be good 80% of the time then if you stray a little bit it doesn't do too much damage. Have a lovely time with yoyr daughter and good lyck for your next weigh in x

your right about losing when you first start, its the enthusiasm, you are all fired up and eager and ready to go. To be honest I am not really hung up about it, I am quite for my age and I am lucky that I don't have any health problems, good heart rate, nice slow steady pulse and I should hit my target before I go to on holiday in 37 days time (not really counting the days)
