House sitting -- and last night was the first night of many. Assumed homeowner would have left some food (it's my parent's house, so....) and honestly it looked like a college kid's refrigerator. There were eggs there -- but couldn't tell if it was April or August on the expiration date. Not eating those. For breakfast, I made may way to the local grocer to find some healthier options! Hit the perimeter of the store and was back just in time to start my work day. Breakfast - cottage cheese, 1 large apple and 1 plout (the latter I was glad to see they were in!) Lunch...not totally sure what I will have -- probably will use the whole wheat tortilla and make some sort of healthy sandwich. I like to use different spices...and it just struck me that my parents utilize sauces (BBQ and Worstershire) and salt and pepper. Adaption. That's the key.

Exercise - did my workout Monday (Warmup, Dumbbell Greatness, Deep Calm Yoga). Tuesday was a rest day, with some casual walking with housesitting with dogs and cat. Wednesday - repeat of Monday. Worked more on form today. Tomorrow, is intense cardio with abs...and I would normally do the elliptical. Housesitting. Not an option on the elliptical -- trying to decide if I'm going to TurboJam for 45 minutes or if I'm going to run/walk outside for 45 minutes and then do Abs. (Yes, Turbo Jam does work your abs too...but I'll work on the traditional first.) Decisions, Decisions, Decision. Could also incorporate stairs too. May just create a crazy workout for myself. What I'd rather be doing is backpacking/hiking -- since that is a great calorie burn! But....housesitting.

Car is getting tune-up (over 100,000 miles). Driving Mom's truck -- and wow, does it really drive differently (rougher) than my crossover!

Anyway, getting back to work now. Since I have been a stranger and not tallying my info like I'm supposed to.....and wasn't happy on the non-digital scale this morning. However, I ate pizza, and pretzel chips last night -- crap load of salt. So, let's do something about that today....
