I feel so great. Worked out last night and this morning!!! 30 minutes on the treadmill and 10 on the bicycle. The bicycle kills me more than anything. My legs & rear are my trouble areas. I hope the scale budges some more in the morning! So glad to be back in the swing of things again.

I think exercise is the way forward. It makes you feel good, helps you sleep well, makes you fit AND helps you lose weight! I hope i become one of those people who works out 4 or 5 times a week. I've just started riding my bike 2 times a day. Lets hope this exercise madness stays with us! : )
